The evidence layer for AI-assisted work
When your staff use AI to help reach a decision, the AI's part in it is recorded and can be checked.
What the record captures
- The answer given, with the date, the time and an MX- reference on its first line.
- A permanent record of that answer. Anyone you share it with can check that their copy is word for word what was issued, at monarchxai.com/verify, with no account.
- Each person can download their own stamped answers as a file. The account holder can download the whole account's.
- Your workspace is hosted in London, and your questions are never used to train anything.
What it does not do
- It is not case management, AML transaction monitoring or a rules engine.
- It does not version your firm's rules or policies.
- It does not keep a copy of your internal data as it stood when a decision was made.
- The sources shown with an answer are not part of the checked record. The check covers the answer's words, date and time.
- It records the AI's part. That record can feed a decision-record system; it does not replace one.
