Monarch-X Ai is an answer service from Monarch AI Labs Ltd, a UK company. You ask a question and get one clear answer you can use, with a confidence level you can see and a date-stamped reference anyone can check. It works in British English, GBP and UK conventions unless you ask otherwise.

Sign up free (no card needed) and open Chats. Type your question and press send. The Free plan includes 25 questions a month. Each answer shows a confidence level; tap "Why this answer" to see the reasoning in plain words, and use the reference at the top of the answer to check it on the public ledger.

The chips set the kind of answer for your next question. Chat is an ordinary answer. Check a claim tests a statement against sources. Research gathers several graded sources (Pro and Enterprise). Letters explains a letter and what to do by when. Learn explains step by step. Under More… you will find Scam check, Know your rights, Trip plan, Appointment prep, Write, Compare and Tax. A chip your plan does not include shows its plan badge; tapping it explains what it does and costs nothing.

It installs from the browser, with no app store. On an iPhone or iPad: open monarchxai.com in Safari, tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen" and "Add". On Android: open monarchxai.com in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then "Add to Home screen" (or "Install app") and confirm. It then opens full screen from its own icon, signed in as you.

Yes. Use the theme switch in the account menu (Chats) or at the foot of the side menu on other pages. Your choice is saved to your account, so it follows you to every device. Until you choose, the site follows your device's light or dark setting.

On plans with more than one model, the models answer independently and then the answer is checked for agreement before you see it, which is where the confidence level comes from. Models per answer by plan: Free 1; Solo 1; Pro 3; Enterprise 4. Deep mode is included on plans with more than one model.

On plans with live sources (Pro, Enterprise), present-day questions are answered with sources read at the time of asking, listed under the answer with their date. Other answers come from the platform's own analysis; the confidence note says how consistent it was.

When the evidence is not good enough to give a reliable answer, Monarch-X Ai says so rather than guess. Try adding detail to the question, or ask for sources on a plan that includes them.

If an answer was interrupted (for example you lost signal), Ask again sends the same question once more. It counts as one question only when a new answer is produced.

Open Saved. Each saved answer shows the date you saved it, and answers older than 90 days are marked "may be out of date". Press Re-check to open a chat with the original question filled in and a note of the saved date. Nothing is asked or charged until you press send; the new answer then counts as one question.

A claim is a statement of fact that can be checked, such as a figure, a date, or who said or did something. Paste a headline, a statement, an article or a link on the Check the news page and the claims are found for you.

Claims checked per check by plan: Free 2; Solo 3; Pro 5; Enterprise 8. One check counts as one question from your allowance, and only when a check actually runs; a refused or unreadable check charges nothing.

Prices are monthly, in GBP. Free: £0 a month, 25 questions a month, 1 seat, 1 model per answer; Solo: £19 a month, 300 questions a month, 1 seat, 1 model per answer; Pro: £99 a month, 1,000 questions a month, 5 seats, 3 models per answer, Deep mode, live cited sources on present-day questions; Enterprise: £499 a month, 20,000 questions a month, 100 seats, 4 models per answer, Deep mode, live cited sources on present-day questions.

Every plan is prepaid with a hard cap: nothing runs on credit and you are never billed for overage. When the allowance is used, questions stop until it renews, you add a prepaid block, or you upgrade.

No. The question allowance renews monthly and unused questions are not carried forward.

Prepaid blocks are available on these plans: Pro: 300 questions for £15; Enterprise: 500 questions for £15, 5,000 questions for £150. A block is added once it is paid, and lasts until your plan renews.

Sign in and open Billing. Choose a plan to upgrade; a change to an active subscription shows the new price before anything changes. "Manage billing" opens the secure billing portal to cancel in one click, change card or download invoices. After cancelling, access continues to the end of the period you paid for.

Use the contact form with the invoice date. Refunds are considered case by case within 14 days of a charge.

Seats by plan: Free 1; Solo 1; Pro 5 (extra seats £8 per person a month); Enterprise 100 (extra seats £15 per person a month). The account owner invites people from the Team page, and can set a monthly question limit for each person.

Saved items are private to the person who saved them. On plans with more than one seat, a person can share an item to the team library, which everyone on the account can read.

Task Butler is a personal assistant for one team member, available as an add-on on Pro and Enterprise. It applies that person's name, work focus, tone and private notes to every answer they get, with an optional daily brief. Each Butler seat adds questions to the shared allowance each month (1,560 on Pro and 3,250 on Enterprise). Seats are bought in Billing (the price is shown there) and assigned on the Task Butler page.

It never trades, never pays anyone, never sends messages as you and never poses as a real person.

Important dates, renewals and bills you add yourself. It is private to you unless you share an item with your team.

Set quiet hours and choose which reminders you get in the life folder's reminder settings. Turning reminders off is one click. Streaks are off by default.

Yes. In Chats, press + and add a text or code file (up to 200 KB); its text is added to your question.

Yes. Every answer has Word and PDF buttons, and a whole chat can be exported from the top of the chat. Saved answers can be exported from Saved. Word files keep headings, lists and tables; the footer carries the answer's reference and the address to verify it. PDFs are stamped and each reference is checked against the ledger at export time. Exports by plan: Free 3 a month per person; Solo unlimited; Pro unlimited; Enterprise unlimited. An export over the allowance is refused and nothing is charged.

Yes. In Settings, open Import conversations and upload the export file from another assistant (the zip, or the conversations.json inside it, up to 50 MB). Chats keep their titles and original dates and are private to you. Importing the same file twice adds nothing new.

Saved items per account by plan: Free 50; Solo 1,000; Pro 5,000; Enterprise 1,000,000.

Create named keys on the API page once signed in. A key is shown once, can be given an expiry date and can be revoked at any time; usage is shown per key. API questions count against the same prepaid allowance.

Account data is held in the UK, in data centres in London, under UK GDPR. Card details are handled entirely by the payment provider and never reach our servers. See the Privacy page for details.

No. Your conversations are never used to train or improve models; there is no opt-in for customers today. Your chats are private to you: there is no team or manager view of them.

Download your chats and audit trail from Chats and Settings. To delete your account and all its data, use the contact form while signed in; deletion is completed within 7 days.

Every answer carries a reference (MX-…). Anyone can open monarchxai.com/audit/ followed by the reference to see when it was recorded in the tamper-evident ledger, with no account needed.

Not at present. Referrals are not offered at launch.
