The service

Monarch-X Ai is provided by Monarch AI Labs Ltd (company number 17207650, England). You may use it for lawful purposes under the plan you have chosen. Answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes; you are responsible for checking anything you rely on, particularly legal, financial or medical matters.

Accounts and fair use

One free account per person. Accounts created to work around plan limits, or used to attack, overload or scrape the service, may be suspended without notice.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed monthly in pounds sterling by card through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you ask and of the answers you save. We use your questions only to produce answers and to operate the service. We do not sell them.

Changes

These terms will be refined as the service grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Questions: use the contact form.
